Director of Brokerage Services, Ken Schaefer, and broker, Tim With, were quoted in this week's Albuquerque Business First regarding RealMassive's entrance into the Albuquerque commercial real estate listing information market.
Ken Schaefer, director of brokerage services:
"The commercial real estate search space is currently very crowded with Costar, LoopNet and CARNM. Most brokers and the public typically use CARNM and LoopNet in Albuquerque to search listings. Creating awareness of RealMassive's value to the public will be a big challenge given that most local tenants are already represented by a broker. Part of the value of using a broker is navigating the research."
Tim With, senior vice president, principal:
"Just as in the residential sector, commercial real estate data is becoming a commodity and more accessible. The availability of more data will educate the public, and to be successful, brokerage companies will need to focus more and more on providing quality advisory services to their clients. Having the listing data is important, but it is also important to be advised on market trends and how to best implement all of the data in order to negotiate most effectively."
