A local investment group recently sold a 6,235+/- square foot office/flex building located at 8532 Paseo Alameda NE in Alameda Business Park. The buyer, General Mailing & Shipping Systems, Inc., will be moving out of a smaller space it currently leases at Candelaria Business Center. The building was originally built by the investment group and leased for several years to EcoWater New Mexico, and was subsequently leased by the New Mexico distributor of Blue Bunny Ice Cream.

The facility was well-constructed and efficiently designed with a functional balance of office and warehouse space, high 18'-20' ceilings, modern interior finishes and a fenced yard. In addition, the property had two 12'x14' drive-in doors and a loading ramp designed to serve large delivery vehicles requiring dock-high access. 3-phase electrical service was supplied to the building.
